Good morning Doctor, I am under treatment for the above stated problem and after a treatment of nearly 5 years my doctor asked me to go for penis enlargement through surgery, also suggested one surgeon I visited him once and he said it's like a 50 50 chance we can go with that and also there is a possibility of releasing ligament which is set back inside sometimes but not sure how much it works, and I would like to know that who will be the efficient surgeon for my problem.
