Im having tryglycerdide 427, cholesterol 221,. apolipoprotein b-139,apolipoprotein a 106, amylase 86 U/L. hSCRP - 0.9 mg/l. BMI - 27, TSH, Sugar normal.  have reduced 7kg weight in 3 months can diet and regular exercise can help to reduce tryglycerdide or should I start medication.
