Hii noted apka concern.. mainly need to look for any necl swelling... is the hyperfunctioning in Multinodule / single nodule / diffuse gland... depending on this: can say the treatment plan 1. usually in diffuse gland: taking antithyroid drugs for  1 to 2 years... it may help you in self resolving 2.
