I had thyroid since 2015.In may 2015 mu thyroid level was 10.00.I was given 125 mg of thyroxine.after 6 months my thyroid level was in control and hence my medicine was reduced to 100 mg.recently I got it tested and again level is within range.please advice if I need to change the dose for medicine

No. Actually it's in normal range because of the 100mcg tablet that you are taking.
So I would advise that you continue that dose itself.
No change is required.
If you still feel that dose change can be done, then consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
