Hyperthyroidism and Thyronorm 112mcg tab

I have been going through hyperthyroidism for the last 3 months and taking the Thyronorm 112mcg tablet given by endo. Doctor for last one month.now my thyroid level became normal and reading came to 0.08 , we are trying for first time pregnancy.so shall i continue my 112mcg tablets or should be reduced? Refer attached report

If your TSH hormone levels are fluctuating, please get antithyroid antibodies tested for( Anti Thyroid Peroxidase and Anti Thyroglobulin). Also, please check your Vitamin D3 levels. Then get back to me with your reports.
