Hyperpigmented Scars on Hand

Post a road accident, I have developed hyperpigmented scars on right hand. I have been applying Contractubex, hexilac and Pigmason Cream as suggested by Dermatologist. I wanted to know if there is any other Treatment to remove Scars permanently.
