Hello...  The way u have put up the condition,  is very much unclear....  Hyper pigmentation which u are referring to,  are they distinct from the surroundings,  or are just diffuse...  Is it present since long time,  since birth or recently developed...  Is it changing with time...  And there are many other things...  It's better if u can upload a snap of it,  or even more better if u could consult a doctor for diagnosis.
