Have been facing prob of hyper pigmentation on both checks. Its been almost 15 months. Used cream Golite ( pTeroWhite 90% & galanga extract 0.20%) fir almost 3-4 months but no results. Then other doctor suggested cream Glomela ( hudroquinone, tretinoin & fluocinolone acetonide cream) for other 4-5 months but again no result. Then after doctor suggested to use cream Lutica ( fluticasone cream IP 0.05% w/w) and after using it for just 7 days the pigmentation started fading, so i continued using it but now the pigmatation is againg increasing , infact it is now spreading in larger area. Plz suggest what to do ?

There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for proper treatment.
