Hyperpigmentation around mouth

I have hyperpigmentation around my mouth, and it's very dark , I have been prescribed by dermatologists in past but nothing worked for me. please help me by suggesting some creams to reduce the melanin . I have used Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Melanil, melaglow. Nothing works.
