Hi, my husband has hyperlipidemia condition. His current triglyceride levels are between 700 to 800 mg/dl. What measures and medicines should be taken?

U have a high risk of serious condition , Pancreatitis and atherosclerosis(blockages in heart, brain, limb blood vessels leading to angina, TIA, heart attack, stroke, Gangrene. U need detailed clinical and lab evaluation for any secondary cause for hyper-triglyceridemia, correct them and also need specific treatment for raised triglycerides.
