My fathers potassium is 5.6 ..all other parameters are normal ..he is hypersensitive for which he is using sartel 80mg and diabetic..what should be done

Telmisartan (Sartel) known to cause high potassium. It needs reduction of dose or temporary withdrawal and substitute with other BP medications.
