I get more sweat on my hands and feet, tried many antiperspirants but no luck, is there anything that can resolve my problem.

Hi, what treatments have you tried in the past? There are oral medicines, iontophoresis that can be done, or even Botox iniections. If the cause of the hyperhydrosis of your palms is genetic it will likely keep recurring. But with good amount of normal periods when using iontophoresis or the injections
