I have been having acidity problems with pain in the upper stomach since 2 days.I fear taking Meftal spas as i heard it aggravates acidity.Kindly help.

For acidity you can take pantaprazole 40mg once daily on empty stomach.  If the stomach pain  does not subside  then consult a doctor who can examine you and advise.
