Hyper-Sensitive Glans Post Circumcision

Hello, I got circumcision done 5 days back, and the glans are so sensitive that even the slightest touch of any cloth or anything gives a shock/stinging type of feel. Is that normal? And how long does it take for this feeling to go away? I am not even able to wear anything in the lower body not even underwear. What to do? I'm fully depressed about this.
