Hyper pigmentation on my son's cheek

My son is 5 months old. On 1 St March he had got some pimples not sure wether they were acne or mosquito bites. One of them was on cheek . I tried to press the one on cheek. Later after some days all pimples vanish away on is own but some brown pigmentation was left on the cheek where I pressed. It's been 2 months the mark is still there. Please help
