Hello Dr. I am a medical rep so most of time I am outside it causing hyper pigmentation. I was treated by triple combination & daily applying sunscreen spf50+, but after leaving application of triple combination it was revert. Kindly plz suggest me right treatment.

Hi. Greetings. Being a medical rep u are already seeing doctors. Please see a dermatologist near you or you could see me if you r from Bangalore. Don't stop sunscreen. Also After stopping triple combination creams, one needs maintenance creams to prevent recurrence of pigmentation. Also user protection in all convenient forms to prevent excessive sun exposure.
