Hyper pigmentation due to PCOS

Hi, I am 25yrs old and I have irregular periods and PCOs. I am so much worried that my face got darker especially my upper lip had very much dark patches. Please help me to get rid of dark patches on my upper lip.

Since how many years r u having PCOD. It cause harmonal imbalance in your body which result in increased pigentation of Ur skin. Can u send me pic of Ur face so that I can suggest u proper treatment
