My hymen broke while having sex and after coming home I discovered a part of my hymen hanging from my vagina , it seems like a part of my vagina. Whenever I put my hand there it starts bleeding amd it hurts, is there anyth I can do myself? I cannot visot a doctor as my parents are strict and I cannot tell them .
