I wanted to know what can be the reason that i did not bleed the first time we had coitus. I also do not remember bleeding apart from menstrual cycles.

There are multiple variations in Hymen anatomy among various females. It tear and cause bleed when it is quite thin. Few females have fleshy , short hymen that dont tear easily but give way to penis. Hymen  also can tear spontaneously during strenous exercise or weight lifting.
