Hydroureteronephrosis

My brother aged 57 is diagnosed in CT-KUB plain done on 13.10.2021 with- 1) Moderate right hydroureteronephrosis secondary to proximal ureteric calculus measuring 13.9mm at 1.2 vertebral body level. A few 3mm calculi noted in mid and lower pole. 2) Mild left hydrourteronephrosis seen with 23.5mm calculus in upper pole, 4mm in mid pole and 4.2mm calculus in lower pole. He was put with one stent in 2012. Doctor is requested to suggest treatment for this.

As the patient is having large renal + ureteric calculus causing obstruction to the urine flow so ,he needs to be seen by urologist and should undergo URS + B/L DJ stenting Asap..
