Hydrosil problem

Mine left hydrosol is triple the size of right hydrosil and from last 2 days it is paining. Left one is also harder than the right ones. Do I have to go for surgery or is there any medicine for the above.

Hi. You will need ultrasound of the testicles and if it confirms hydrocele then surgery is the only option. Medicines will not cure the problem. Please see an urologist or general surgeon.
