One of the tactics are big and one is small we made sonography and the all report is normal Bt hydrocele found is their any treatment in medicine to recover this by avoiding surgery

If it's not a big one, you can wait for some months. Some times it can resolve by itself. But if swelling is increasing or any other problems are there you have to go for surgery. It's small surgery and very common. Meet a pediatrician surgeon and take his opinion.
