I facing hydrocele and lower abdomen pain from 9 month older sonography report say that right epidedymus is showing increasing is bulky with increasing vascularity mild free fluid Eco seen in right scortal please suggest what can I do ?

Epididymitis should be treated actively by scrotal support,antiinflammtory drugs. A clinical examination should be done by a urologist/surgeon and possibly cause of epididymitis should me assessed. Mostly bacterial due to acute or chronic infections . sometimes due to other microbes. Appropriate antimicrobial drug should be added after full assessment. Consult a urologist
