Hydrocele or epididmorchitis??

When I touch and check my testis, I feel like there's a lump on the lower side, completely. But I did 2 ultrasounds, and they show: "minimal free fluid in both tunica" + "Right side wall edema noted". There was swelling in the testis, but it reduced 70% with ice packs. I also feel pain in my testis, like a pulling sensation. And  "I had a burning sensation while urinating 2-3 times. Meaning it's not happening regularly." Now I'm thinking it might be hydrocele or epididmorchitis but what about the lump/mass I feel? Why isn't it showing in the ultrasound?

Hai, Your case is HYDROCELE and initial stage of epididymo- orchitis. Burning sensation while urinating is URINARY TRACT INFECTION. If the lump is not seen in USG, then its SEBACEOUS CYST. For all these conditions HOMOEOPATHY has great scope and will prevent recurrency.
