Husband is ice cream

From last a few weeks white fluid comes out from my husband anus before passing a stool. I mean first white fluid comes out and then stool. So is it normal condition ? If it is not normal condition , So what can be reason and treatment ? But he has no bleeding , No pain and no burning sensation. and no other signs and symptoms.
