Hurt in the testicles

Yesterday while I was In the hostel some of my friends get into my room and somehow a blow from one of them hurt in my testis and I got hurt in my testicles.I lost my balance and lied in the floor. It pained there for sometime. But today It is not paining. I can freely move around. Will I be okey? Will my testicles get damage? Am I alright??
