HRCT report says a few parenchymal bands

My relative had severe back pain 3 days back for which he consulted a doctor. He was advised HRCT to rule out Covid 19. HRCT report says a few parenchymal fibrotic bands seen, apart from that everything else is fine. So need opinion regarding what to do next.
