Hi Doctor I have 170cm height and 72kg weight and running 25 to 30km weekly, my heart rate while sitting is 85 to 90. Which is higher side. Recently my doctor prescribed below medicine after dental RCT, after taking below med my HR was reduced to 68 to 72 while sitting. MOXIFORCE CV-625, FLAGYL ER, EBILITY ASF, PANTIUM DSR. When i checked none of above medicine have affect to lower the HR instead they have side effects of high HR. I have too much burping and bloating issue after or before having meal. Is it possible i have some parasite stomatch infection. Can you please suggest any test to confirm. Thanks in advance !!

A resting heart rate between 60 to 90 beats per minute is considered normal for general population. In your case if these symptoms started after taking these medicines, it's likely to be acidity caused by them.
Next Steps
For better symptoms control you can take Syp. Gelusil MPS 10 ml in the morning after food. You are already taking Pantium Dsr. Continue that.
Health Tips
Symptoms will usually resolve after stopping antibiotics and pain medicines.

As far as with the information given this is what i feel. Your heart rate drop is likely normal. It may have come down because your infection is improving and your body is relaxing. Also, since you run regularly, a lower heart rate is common in fit people. The medicines you're taking don’t lower heart rate directly.
Next Steps
If you're still feeling uneasy or have ongoing burping and bloating, you can do a simple stool test to check for any stomach infection (like parasites). But overall, from what you described, things sound okay to me.
