Being a 28 year virgin, how effective is HPV vaccinations? Is it must to be taken? If yes why is there not enough awarness about it? When is ideally time to get this vaccinations done? Planning to get married in November, is it most effective if all the dose are completed before one gets married?

Ideal age for the vaccine to take according to guidelines is 9-25 yrs of age. But you can take it now too. It has nothing to do with sexual activity, as it prevents warts etc too.

Its effective but ideal time for vaccination is 9-21 yr of age. Yes every girl should take this vaccine since it prevent from many hpv infection and some cancer like cervical and anal cancer.
