I am taking hp kit for the past one week. I have taken the evening dosage in morning by mistake. After realizing that I took proper evening dosage in the evening. Please let me know if anything has to be taken care. Would this have any serious effect ?

As you have taken so nothing can be done.....so be careful from next time..... depends on the condition.  Usually for 7 to 14 days.
