How to withdraw szetalo plus

I have been consuming szetalo plus and rexipra 10 for depression and anxiety for 6 months, I suddenly stopped taking it as I don't want to continue further . But I am experiencing dizziness . What should I do ? What is the proper way to withdraw ?
