Hey... congratulations on ur motherhood. Zincovit drops should be given directly . 5 drops twice a day will be good enough for the baby.
Next Steps
It would be good if mothers diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables since they are a natural source of vitamins which will eventually increase the nutritive value of ur milk.
