How to treat breast sore 2 weeks before period

Hi I am 22 year old female. I have a regular period and they are also normal. Since last 2 cycles I have experienced that before I get my periods my breast become sore 2 weeks before it appears. Is this normal or just because of the hormonal changes? Do i need treatment for the same?
