How to swallow Pulmotreat tablet

For the past three days I am suffering from cold due to which I was feeling very tired. Today i went to the doctor and he gave pulmotreat tablet along with other tablets. He advised me to take this tablet with full glass of water. My doubt is after swallowing this pill I have to take full glass of water or i have to mix this pill with glass of water and drink it. When I searched online they mentioning don't swallow this pill on a whole. Very confused please clarify???
