I heard on internet that Testicle Torsion can also happens while sleeping ? I am afraid to sleep from 1 week I am unable to sleep at all it affected my mental health I am scaring of torsion in sleep it feels like my testicles are painful pls help me out? What sleeping position causes Torsion? And Will sleeping with underwear protects or makes torsion? How to identify torsion pl help im dying from inside
