Sir my father is paralysis patient they are suffering from 13 years they can't speak and his right hand not work in before 13 years after the paralysis attack doctor decided operation in head and today they can't speak and not walk properly any chance to recover from this condition

The paralysis is 13 yr old most probably due to stroke chances of recovery after nd old stroke is not possible if there is any progression of the problem thn it can be looked into
