I have this red colour on my penis os it normal, my penis normal and i want to clean well any tips and why my penis head becomes some black pliz check and i am sharing images is it normal and i am worried

Black colour on the skin ? It looks like pigment. And if you r having redness and any other symptoms you can rule out infection and other diseases by further evaluation..
