I have just undergone a blood test to determine sex hormones(Testosterone,FSH,LH,Prolactin) levels in my blood and need suggestions on whether the levels are optimal and what can I do to maintain it at optimal levels so as to have a better sex life? Blood test report: Testosterone - 239.22 ng/dL FSH - 3.93 mIU/ml LH - 1.67 mIU/ml Prolactin - 16.46 ng/ml
