How to maintain a healthy pregnancy

In my five years of marriage,i had two silent miscarriage and one ovarian ectopic near right overy(both tube and overy is normal). I had get done all d test regarding to this including karyotype,ana apla, complete thrombofilia, tuberculosis, thyroid, blood sugar etc.all r well ok.my question is, wht caring is required to my next healthy pregnancy including medical help?
