How to increase eyes strength

I had undergone LASIK surgery 5.5 yrs back at the age of 18 when my no. Was around -8 but now I m having around -3 but my eyes Doesn't have enough strength to undergo surgery again please suggest me how to improve my eyes strength. My eyes are very sensitive as I face infection ,allergy and dryness offen.

You decided to get operated little early. The number and  age were borderline,hence the regression has occurred. Now please continue with the specs or contact lenses.  Any Surgery is not safe.
