Hi iam 24 yr old gal i have dark patch like pigmentation on cheeks side and has a dark tan on my forehead i have tried fair c lotion with the help of doctors prescription bt it didnt help me to get rid of both please tell me how could i get rid of both pigmention n tann

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
