creatinine is a marker of chronic
kidney disease and if USG reveals parenchymal changes, it may not be reversible. Hydration is a way to reduce Creatinine, but then, fluid intake should depend on cardiac function (Left ventricular ejection fraction), not just the kidney function. Avoiding nephrotoxic drugs will help.
