Hi I am 35 year old male. Last week while playing cricket I got hurt in my groin area. Post which I am having pain in the left testicle. Also when I checked I feel the testicle is swollen. Can there be an infection due to the injury. What treatment should I start immediately to control the swelling and the pain.
