My wife missed periods and found positive on UTP. After that she took MTP pills and bleeding happened. But when she checked again after 1 week, UTP is showing positive. Is it possible that pregnancy is not terminated and it can go on

There are chances for incomplete abortion. Consult a gynecologist. Get a scan done. If the products are still in the uterus, she needs a evacuation.
