Hello sir actually before my weight was nearly 68 or something I thought it's much weight for me as my height is nearly 5.5 so I take phytolacca MT and fucus 30c for nearly 20 to 30 day and it start paining near throat so I stop now it's 8 9 months my weight is 53kg it's my mistake I lose my weight before it was right .
