It depends upon your life style and your occupation and intake of calories...your BMI is okay nothing much to worry...regarding exercises fallow bellow advices you can give small amount of time to do these exercises as daily exercise make you more healthy...start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful.
