How many days to wait after antibiotics

I have burning after urination even after taking antibiotics (Nitrofurantoin, Doxycycline, Faropenem).. I took the sti urine pcr test for sti 15 days after stopping antibiotics and it was negative.. I still have the symptoms, can it be false negative because of antibiotics. Or should I have waited more days before taking the test?
