I have twin sons, aged 1 year 11 months. I have given them each one bottle of omega 3 syrup (Omega 3, 6 Junior made by Marnys, Spain) at the recommended daily dosage. For how long can my sons continue to take Omega 3 supplements? Are Omega 3 supplements harmful to them?
