How do i  know if baby is teething early

Baby is 3.5 months old. He is chewing his hand, crying, drooling a lot, when i message his gums , he gets calm. How do I know if it is teething? What is the process and for how many days.

Its too early to say that .. but u cant be sure nyway . u may use colourful teethers .. if crying and drooling excessive contact me . usually teething starts from around 7-9 months .
