My moustache and bard is not coming up properly. Shoul i use any medicine? What should i do for it? I am 28 year. Please suggest a medicine for this.

It is probably due to your genetic constitution. However you can try Minoxidil 2 % gel over that area at least for 3-4  months and see if you can get response , if not there is nothing much to offer.
